Chapter 2 Summary
Basic Communication on the Internet: Email
In Chapter 2 I learned about how messages can travel across the internet. Different systems make it possible to send and receive messages. This connects to my own life because I often use Google Docs to share files with my friends. Even forwarding messages helps a lot because I can send something I got to someone else without having to resend it.
It’s cool to see how all this works behind the scenes. Stuff like email headers and protocols makes sure things go where they’re supposed to. Using Google Docs and forwarding messages shows me that these systems really make sharing and collaborating easier.
